Statement
Who owes Investo and who Investo owes, for this account type.
Stock

Business Insights
Where capital is moving, where money sits, and what's actually profitable.
Net Worth
Everything held across USD, EUR, USDT and Gold, plus what's owed to Investo, minus what Investo owes — all converted to one number using the rates below.
Exchange rates used for this conversion
These are the rates you set — not necessarily live market rates — since Investo trades at its own rates.
Capital movement
Investo Capital only changes when profit is transferred into it — this is that history.
Money by location
USD held in Investo's own boxes, grouped by location.
Client & supplier profit
Trading profit attributed to whichever party was on the other side of each deal.
Profit by transaction type
Which assets are actually making money.

Moves a balance directly between any two parties or boxes — e.g. when a client pays a supplier directly, without Investo's cash moving. Both sides must be the same asset and location.
Expenses reduce Net Profit. A Cash Expense also reduces an Investo account. A Non-Cash Expense (write-off) only reduces what a party owes — no Investo cash moves.
This appropriates recorded profit into Investo Capital. No Investo cash account is touched — profit is a bookkeeping figure, so this simply reduces Net Profit and increases Capital by the same amount.
Moves balance between two accounts belonging to the same client or supplier (e.g. their Beirut account → their Dubai account). Does not touch Investo's own boxes or trading profit. Both accounts must use the same asset.

Party management
Add New Party
For Client/Supplier, this creates one entity with all six standard sub-accounts (USD Beirut/Turkey/Dubai, EUR, USDT, Gold) — the fields below only set the opening balance for the one matching account.

Edit
Renaming updates all six of this entity's account labels. The Client ID (C-xxxxx) stays the same.
This corrects the account's starting balance only. It does not change any recorded transaction.
Team management
Manage Team
Admins can create Accountant and Viewer accounts (or other Admins). Accountants can add/edit deals and parties but cannot delete parties or manage the team. Viewers can only look.
